beamer problem(?). TL 2019 pretest

Howdy,

After todays large update one of my test files, beamerexample-conference-talk.tex (in doc/latex/baeamer), will no longer compile. It throws the error

No file beamerexample-conference-talk.nav.

./beamerexample-conference-talk.tex:94: Package pgf Error: Undefined shading "b
eamer at barshade".
