Potentially erroneous CID-GID mapping created by LuaTeX

Hi,

turns out, VeraPDF was wrong all along...

Since this pull request
https://github.com/veraPDF/veraPDF-validation/pull/277
VeraPDF seems to no longer complain about the generated PDF. See the
linked issue for more information.
