    I'm never sure who to contact about dvipdfm-x and associated code

Theoretically, tex-k at tug.org, but it's ok to mail here instead. There is
no dvipdfmx-specific list.

    +    pdf_output_file_position = 0;
    +    pdf_output_line_position = 0;

Seems like doing the assignment once should suffice :).

I expect Akira or one of the other dvipdfmx developers will apply it
shortly if there's no problems. --thanks, karl.
