[tex-live] Windows installer still failing

I downloaded install-tl-windows.exe this morning (after a fixed version was posted yesterday) and ran it it to install TeX Live in a virtual machine running Windows 10 on my Mac. The install looked to be going fine, but failed near, what I think was the end. Here are the last few lines of the install log:

The line:
'C:\Users\gray\AppData\Local\Temp\nsnC5D3.tmp\install-tl-20180523\tlpkg\installer\xz\xz.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
appears after every one of the 3603 items is installed. If helpful, the entire log file can be found here:
