[tex-live] tlmgr update failure

Hi,

I did an successful installation of TL2018 for Linux and Win32

Trying to update, I got:

tlmgr update --self --all

/usr/local/texlive/bin/x86_64-linux/tlmgr: open
tlpdb(http://texlive.lukasczyk.me/tlpkg/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb) failed:  at
/usr/local/texlive/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLPDB.pm line 362.

I tried

tlmgr check all
Running check files:
Running check depends:
Running check executes:
Running check runfiles:
# afoot.sty
diff /usr/local/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/arabtex/afoot.sty
/usr/local/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/ledmac/afoot.sty

(and some similar messages concerning files of the same name in
different directories)

I tried

update-tlmgr-latest.sh
Verifying archive integrity... All good.
Uncompressing TeX Live Manager Updater  100%
./runme.sh: updating in /usr/local/texlive...
./runme.sh: tlmgr version says this is TeX Live 2018
./runme.sh: proceeding with tlmgr update.
tar: win32: Funktion stat fehlgeschlagen: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht
gefunden
tar: Beende mit Fehlerstatus aufgrund vorheriger Fehler
cp: Aufruf von stat für 'installer/xz/xzdec.win32' nicht möglich: Datei
oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden

Thankx for any hint how to go further on
