What is the necessary and sufficient pause between downloads to prevent

> Login incorrect.

I ask because I need to install all TeX Lives that I do not already have installed from TeX Live 2008 onwards.  I have successfully fetched the 2008 & 2009 ISOs (as LZMA and XZ respectively) but failed at 2010 (no compressed version offered) with the above error message.
