[tex-live] Class moderncv and XeLateX: xdvipdfmx:fatal

It had happen on openSUSE Tumbleweed for a user and I have reproduced this
on an other openSUSE Tumbleweed.  That is I've to change the package
installation in such a way that Type1 fonts do not mask the opentype fonts.
