[tex-live] LuaTeX cache messes with latexmk dependency checking

It seems there was something messed up with my TL installations, I had
both 2017
and 2018 installed. The 2018 started out as a pretest and I upgraded it
in the meantime.

Somehow, 2018 seemed to use stuff from the 2017 installation. When I
deleted the 2017
installation, I got errors like this when running 2018 lualatex:


! Font \TU/lmr/m/n/10=[lmroman10-regular]:+tlig; at 10pt not loadable:
metric data not found or bad.

So I deleted it all and reinstalled 2018 and now everything works fine.
