[tex-live] user manual pdf in new arara package corrupted

Hi,

The pdf manual for the new arara package seems to be corrupted. Adobe
Reader 9 on linux brings an error when scrolling past page 2. Some other
viewers I have tried such as Okular from Plasma5 openit fine.

I have been able to fix it by processing it with pdftk (pdftk original.pdf
output fixed.pdf), the result of which displays all fine in Adobe Reader.

I am not sure whether there is something in the current source which
compiled by pdflatex renders the output corrupted as far as adobe reader is
concerned or if there is a problem with the copy on the repo. I have tried
to recompile the document on my machine but some files are missing in the
package in texlive to do so (the source expects a logos folder outside of
the arara documentation folder. I will get the source from git and try from
that later and report back.
