[tex-live] Recovery of the package schule

Hello, everybody,

I would like to know what I have to do as a developer to get the package schule back on texlive as soon as possible. In Germany, the summer holidays end at school and some teachers now miss the working basis. In my opinion, the missing answer to the question about the tikz files given in the commit had already been answered before the commit via the CTAN mailing list.
