This was no bad intention from my side. I just forgot to make it clear
that the TeX Collection consists of:

- TeX Live
- Mac TeX
- ProTeXt (whose base is MiKTeX)
- CTAN (leaving out stuff which is to be found in at least one of TeX
  Live, Mac Tex or ProTeXt)
