[tex-live] LaTeX Warning with package verbatimbox

Ripgrep says

% pwd
/usr/local/texlive/2018/texmf-dist/tex/latex
% rg 2016-10-22
readarray/readarray.sty
37:\RequirePackage{listofitems}[2016-10-22]

verbatimbox loads readarray, and readarray loads listofitems[2016-10-22].
But there is the warning for verbatimbox. It is strange...
