[tex-live] Initial installing ptex package reports errors

I guess I see what you mean, what you *really* did is:

* basic installation, no ptex installed, PATH *not* adjusted
* then you called
	/usr/local/texlive/*/bin/*/tlmgr path add
* now tlmgr is being found in PATH
* then you called
	tlmgr install ptex
and here it breaks.

Yes, indeed. This is not supported (by now).

I don't see a good way to fix this, though ...
