[tex-live] TeX Live 2017 torrent doesn't work

Dear all,

I'm trying to obtain TeX Live 2017 by BitTorrent.  The torrent file
linked from <https://www.tug.org/texlive/acquire-iso.html> doesn't seem
to work -- all six trackers specified in that file are either timing
out or redirecting to localhost.  I thought that this might have been
the result of my ISP blocking traffic to these hosts, but I tried from
a couple different networks and got the same result.

Can anyone else confirm whether they have the same problem?  If so,
perhaps that torrent file could be replaced with one that specifies
some live trackers.  Providing a Magnet link instead of or in addition
to the torrent file would also help.
