[tex-live] profile option does not work for scheme-custom

Hello Norbert,

Just downloaded install-tl-unx.tar.gz
<http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/install-tl-unx.tar.gz>. It
untars to install-tl-20170625.
So, I guess it contains the fix for install-tl. Actually, "install-tl
-version"
now says "revision 44624".

Unfortunatelly, I am getting the exact same response as before:
"Scheme scheme-custom not defined."

A diff between the current version of install-tl and the previous one
does not show much, just a few blank lines:

My guess is that the fixed version of install-tl has not been uploaded
yet...
