[tex-live] Problem installing TeX Live 2017 on Windows 10

tex-live Archives, I'm trying with [tex-live] in the object]

I have TeX Live 2016 on my Windows 10 notebook, and I'm trying to install
TL17.

I launched `install-tl-windows.exe` and it gave me this error:

Error; for better info, unpack, then run install-tl-windows.bat or
install-tl-advanced.bat

I've downloaded `install-tl.zip`, unzipped it and run
`install-tl-windows.bat`. After installing a
certain number of packages it gives me this error:

TLUtils::check_file: removing
C:\Users\carla\AppData\Local\Temp\zvnbZP2t6t\8ErIZPJ7jZ\babel-ukrainian.tar.xz,
sizes differ:
TLUtils::check_file:   TL=5180, arg=4640
TLPDB::_install_package: downloading did not succeed
Installation failed.
Rerunning the installer will try to restart the installation.
Or you can restart by running the installer with:
 install-tl-windows.bat --profile installation.profile [EXTRA-ARGS]
or
 install-tl-advanced.bat --profile installation.profile [EXTRA-ARGS]
C:\Users\carla\Documents\LaTeX\Programmi\install-tl-20170611\install-tl:

If I re-run `install-tl-windows.bat` it asks me:

If I reply `y`, it gives me this error:
