I didn't know this system on which I daily suffer (at least Firefox
works enough for buying train tickets) was that old.

this is weird as Ubuntu 16.04 is running on it and I thought
it was somewhat more recent than 2011.

Maybe there is some other reason it doesn't have (find) GLIBC_2.14
