As Hironobu already pointed out, there is no need to keep the network
installer at all.  It's better to remove it after a successful
installation.

You can keep the directory trees of the network installer and the TeX
Live installation as close together as you want.  But you should never
install TeX Live within the directory tree of the network installer.
