Hi,
I just uploaded the missing files and your binaries and applied your
patch to runscript.tlu.

However, I suppose that

  --    ..os.getenv('WINDIR')..'/Fonts;'..TEXMFDIST..'/fonts')

, what you commented out, is still needed, at least the last ")".

If gs doesn't look into subdirectories we have to add more paths to
GS_LIB but I can't test it here.
