Well, you did run once
	updmap
and now you have user supplied files, that override the ones by the
system.

updmap did tell you the problems.

You should not run both updmap-sys and updmap ...

(TL2017 will fix this  hopefully)

The problem will reappear with *EVERY*NEW*UPDATE* because you have
local updmap genrated files which override those of the system.

If you have NO idea of what I am talking, then best is probably to
remove the listed offending files in 
	~/.texlive2016/texmf-var/fonts/...
