[tex-live] binary distribution for TrueOS and TeX Live 2016 in O/S distros

TeX Live binaries for FreeBSD should just work on TrueOS, if 'uname'
gives 'FreeBSD'. If not, a trivial change in TeX Live installation
script is needed to make it work.

Even FreeBSD-11 hasn't been released yet:
https://www.freebsd.org/releases/11.0R/schedule.html
AFAIR, FreeBSD-12 is just recently branched in SVN. Its release is
probably many years ahead.
