[tex-live] collection-science

Hi folks,

Re-installing TeX Live 2016 on one of my build servers, I 
have listed "collection-science" in my profile file, but the 
installation process is silently skipping it.

Is this a known issue / deliberate behaviour? A mod on 
tex.stackexchange.com says "it's down as 'auto-remove'" but 
I don't know what this means.

This collection contains some packages that I want.
