[tex-live] Bug in TL infra

Hi Axel,

> I removed the empty entry and updates the infra from TLU -> empty entry reappeared.

Can you please:
* manually download the updater update-tlmgr-latest.sh
* run it with
	update-tlmgr-latest.sh --target SOME_NOT_EXISTING_DIR --noexec
* enter this direcftory
	cd SOME_NOT_EXISTING_DIR
* run runme.sh
	./runme.sh
* check whether the broken entry reappears

I have no idea where this could come from, and I cannot reproduce it
in any way :-(
