[tex-live] Latin Modern in Simple TeX

The “small” scheme in TeX Live is supposed to be equivalent to
the BasicTeX install package for the Macintosh. 

It appears that recently the LatinModern package, lm, was
removed from this scheme. Actually, lm was a deliberate part
of BasicTeX to support Europeans using the package.

Not that it matters, but there is a description of the
construction of BasicTeX at

See the section titled “Worrying About Europe” for an explanation
about why lm is part of the package.

Please add lm back to the small scheme!
