[tex-live] font sizes in the tlmgr GUI

Hi Ulrike,

thanks to Zdenek's suggestion, tomorrow's tlmgr gui should allow for
	tlmgr -font 'Helvetica 18' gui
etc. Will be in tomorrow's (20160517) tlpretest rebuild.
