[tex-live] mention changed luaotfload features in TeX Live guide ?

Well, that seems awful.

But I don't care to mention changes in luaotfload in the distribution
news, certainly not now, because it is too much in flux.  I hope
Philipp, or whoever, will make it work again.  If it's still problematic
in practice after the release, we can add it to the bugs/news page.
