[tex-live] koma-script and hyph-utf8

Please don't, Markus Kohm is not involved in the CTAN package.I am the
current maintainer of the packaging, it took a lot of energy and time to
agree with him on the current as it. It's not worth to start those
discussions again for a mere 5 MB.
