[tex-live] xcolor broken with pdflatex

however if I reinstall the current versions, I get a failed compilation

on a project of mine, which seems to be the earlier reported problem

(this project uses a style file which loads xcolor first then graphicx)

the update looked like:

$ tlmgr update --all
tlmgr: package repository http://ftp.oleane.net/pub/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet (verified)

(in between I had restore graphics-cfg, this is why it gets updated here again)
