[tex-live] xcolor broken with pdflatex

just to confirm that after updating tlmgr itself from tlcritical
the restoring of graphics, luatex-def, and pdftex-def from backuped
versions then worked, Thanks !

the new versions do not seem to have made it yet to mirrors, I get

$ tlmgr update --list
tlmgr: package repository http://ftp.oleane.net/pub/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet (verified)

and I think graphics-41447 is the broken one.
