[tex-live] pdftex.def 0.06f breaks xcolor package

Hello.

I have TeX Live 2016 installed (MacTeX 2016). After updating TL using tlmgr, I found that loading the xcolor package causes this error with pdftex:

/usr/local/texlive/2016/texmf-dist/tex/latex/pdftex-def/pdftex.def:444: Undefined control sequence.
l.444 \ifGin at setpagesize

And, indeed, pdftex.def was among the files updated (from v0.06d to v0.06f). Restoring pdftex v0.06d makes that error to go away.

This problem also affects other packages which use xcolor (such as the minted package).
