[tex-live] Lollipop is broken in TeXlive 2016

lollipop is broken in TeXLive 2016. Create a simple lollipop document

This is because, lollipop format should be based on Knuth tex and not pdftex. Indeed, when I look at TeXLive repository, I can confirm that only netbsd platforms have lollipop based on Knuth TeX (link tex) and all other platforms link pdftex. I believe I sent you an email and explained this clearly to you when you asked me to delete xelollipop.


lollipop is the only tex format that I use myself and this breaks all my documents.


Could you please fix this?
