Since you sent this email from a host called fedora-pc I assume

	tlmgr version
If it says
	...
	TeX Live (http://tug.org/texlive) version 2016
then ...

	http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-latest.sh
then run
	bash update-tlmgr-latest.sh --info
That should give you lots of output, but most importatntly:
	update-tlmgr-r41280.sh
somewhere. That is the correct one (or any rNNNNNN that is bigger than 40000)

After that, make sure you have tlmgr in the path
	which tlmgr
should return the path to your tlmgr.

And finally, run
	bash update-tlmgr-latest.sh
