[tex-live] TeX Live 2016 binary distribution milestone

Karl Berry reports on this list on Wed, 6 Jul 2016 21:43:20 GMT, that
lualollipop and xelollipop are no longer built, and of the ini*
executables, only inimf and initex are now included, and those two are
symlinks to mf and tex, respectively.  Thanks, Karl, for that
clarification!

I've therefore updated the show-file-counts.sh script to suppress
mention of those no-longer-included executables, and regenerated the
relevant portion of the Web page at

	http://www.math.utah.edu/pub/texlive-utah/

I have no plans to rebuild TeX Live 2016 to remove those executables
on systems where they were originally built; the "Missing binaries"
report just does not list them.  There are now 35 systems for which
the missing-binaries report is empty, and 65 with missing programs.
