Does this mean that it is now possible for "normal" Windows users such as myself (people who have no familiarity with C or with packages such as "autoconf", etc., to compile [1] Windows 64-bit binaries for themselves ? I ask because when I asked earlier about compiling TeX under Windows, I understood from Akira-san that a great deal of manual intervention was required which he did not have time to document; is this no longer the case ?
