Thank you Richard.  It'll be up to Paul (Vojta) whether/how to apply
it.  He's on this list, but I'll cc him explicitly in case it helps with
filtering somehow :).

In principle Paul applies things upstream and we sync from him in TL,
although I admit I'm not clear on the current state of synchronization
either ... -k
