[tex-live] Integrating vanilla TeX Live with Debian/Ubuntu

Dear all,

following advice from https://www.tug.org/texlive/debian.html, I was
able to integrate my TeXLive installation in the package list of Kubuntu
16.04.

It seems that the template file for TL2016 is missing at least two more
package replacements: asymptote and texinfo.

Note that 'asy' requires 'libglut.so.3' to start, which is provided by
package 'freeglut3'. This should be listzed as a 'Depends:' list entry.

Attached I submit a small patch file to accommodate these changes.
