[tex-live] I don't know how open a TeX file.

I found on the internet a screenshot of TeXworks editor running on Windows 7 (see attached photo), so I should have no trouble with the operating system. I also disabled my Avast antivirus, but I am not able to open .tex files or TeXworks editor.


I don't know what to do.
