(re tex live: there is now an empty
directory .../tex/latex/rotating
that is no longer needed.)
I removed that directory on June 15, after the merge into graphics
happened. r41452
It also doesn't exist in my daily-updated dev installation.
So I don't know why it is still there in yours ... -k
