[tex-live] dropped fontspec dependency ?

Karl, indeed, we need
	collection-xetex
	collection-luatex
and maybe
	collection-latexrecommended
to depend on 
	collection-unicodetex

I did add dependecies from c-xetex and c-luatex on c-unicodetex
for the Debian packages, but I think that should actually be in
the original collections.
