[tex-live] What happened wit gpg?

Yes, I know, you wrote it some time ago but at that time the keys were
already imported. I know from CentOS and Fedora that the rpm packages are
verified and I must have the keys (or agree to import them), so I
originally thought that i will need the TL key in my keyring.
