[tex-live] MacTex2016/TL2016, tonight update: failure with "Undefined subroutine"

Same on Windows, only the line no. is different:

d:\user\siart>tlmgr update --list
Undefined subroutine &TeXLive::TLCrypto::which called at C:/Programme/texlive/2016/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLCrypto.pm line 253.
