[tex-live] Fwd: Problem with Lualatex in LexLive 2016

\pdfxxx commands not being defined will be a common theme with the new luatex.

Package authors have mostly been notified for uses that show up
searching the texlive tree but
until the packages are updated you can (usually) put

\RequirePackage{luatex85}

as the first line of the document to alias all the pdftex and other
names that have been removed in recent luatex.
