On my machine gpg could (and probably will, in a not so distant
future) be uninstalled, as soon as it will not be needed as a
dependency anymore; on the other hand I'll surely keep gpg2 installed.
It's not a matter of disk space (of course GPG is rather lightweight),
but I'm sure I won't remember to install gpg, may I change machine or
need to reinstall in the (again, probably not so distant) future.
