[tex-live] tl-pretest: bug in .ini files

If it is a simple format then it is good and no problem. But if it is convoluted TeX code I have to parse I'm not happy.

Petr's proposal as well as the dat file are both fine for me, but the simpler the better, and best it is if it is the same file for all formats/engines.
