[tex-live] Installation on an USB Stick

Hi Herbert - indeed, there is no support in install-tl to install on
Unix without symlinks, and that sounds insanely painful to implement.
Don't want to go there.

Presuming you don't want to reformat your stick, all I can think of is
to install to hard disk on a reasonable filesystem and then do something
like cp -rL /hard/disk/dir /stick/dir.  Whether that will 100% work, I
have no idea, but I imagine it should be basically functional.
