This information is not available in the tlpdb, and also
not available unless visiting the CTAN site, thus tlmgr
is currently not able to provide this information.

If this information is stored within the TeX Catalogue,
then I can add this kind of data to the tlpdb on the
TeX Catalogue/TLPDB merge, but as far as I know it is
not contained in the TeX Catalogue.
