[tex-live] Messages when a package update fails

I tried to update tcolorbox while the documentation was blocked in
the adobe reader. So the installation failed. 
That's not a problem and easy to repair by restarting with
−−reinstall−forcibly−removed, but I wonder a bit about the messages
of tlmgr:

Installation of new version of tcolorbox did fail, trying to unwind.
xzdec: (stdin): Unexpected end of input
Cannot open tlpobj file:
D:/texlive/2015/tlpkg/tlpobj/tcolorbox.tlpobj at D:/tex
live/2015/tlpkg/TeXLive/TLPOBJ.pm line 74.


Does the "Unexpected end of input" indicates a problem?
