[tex-live] tlmgr not working after last rsync

I finally found a way to make it work: I substituted "$xzdec" with
"unxz" (my system unxz) inside tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm at the line
where it is invoked, thus I could repair my install and finish the
update.

I hope someone could explain this behaviour.
