Well, the URL I gave has a link to a utility to help track that down.
"Windows Sysinternals Tool called Autoruns for Windows".

Searching the web for 0xc0000142 reveals a lot of articles with
info on how to solve it. I can't help you directly with MS Windows
(at least with regard to trying something on my own system) because
I switched to Linux more than a decade ago and never looked back.
