[tex-live] [pretest] Update --self hangs

      Argument "37001+" isn't numeric in numeric lt (<) at
      C:/texlive/2015/texmf-dist/ scripts/texlive/tlmgrgui.pl line 2237.

That line is:

  if (defined($Packages{$p}{'localrevision'}) &&

I'm baffled as to how the localrevision (or any revision) field could
end up with a "+" in it.  Norbert, any insight?  Staszek, is there
actually a + in any revision line in your texlive.tlpdb?  Seems like
nothing would work if it ended up as non-numeric.
